If you’ve binged Netflix’s “Nobody Wants This” with the rest of the Jewish community, you may be inspired to lean into your heritage and learn a bit more about Judaism. (Or, if you’re not Jewish, perhaps Kristen Bell’s character has made you curious about what Judaism could mean for you.)
Either way, the Torah says that learning is a mitzvah — educating yourself and growing as a person are important parts of that message. And local Chabads and congregations take this to heart.
Whether you want conversion classes that you can take from your couch, or to delve deeper into the Torah, or to immerse yourself in a community of Jewish women, here are some local offerings you’ll want to explore.
CONVERSION FROM THE COUCH

You don’t have to be Jewish for this class. In fact, you don’t even have to be in South Florida. While conversion is in the name, the class is not just for those looking to convert. Interfaith partners wanting to learn more about Judaism or even Jews hoping to reconnect with the religion are welcome to join as well.
