PJ Library and the Jewish Federation of Broward County hosted an end-of-summer event at the David Posnack JCC Aquatic Center in Davie on Aug. 10. Kids and their families enjoyed water games, a splash pad, pool time, giveaways and swag bags, and cool treats and snacks.
The Jewish Federation of Broward County is now offering free PJ Library books to all families with children ages 0-12. Thanks to recent additional funding, the federation can now expand their access and offer this service to more local families without waitlists or restrictions. As the foundation says, “now families can have a set of books at home and at Bubbe’s!”
PJ Library also hosts monthly programs that bring Jewish culture to life. Upcoming events include a Grandparent’s Day event on Sept. 7 and a Sukkot program on Oct. 12. For more information on PJ Library, visit jewishbroward.org/get-involved/families.
