The IRCC Diwali Festival of Lights, one of South Florida's largest ethnic cultural events, took place Saturday, Nov. 16, at the Broward Convention Center. The festival featured Indian music and dance performances, including high school and collegiate competitions. Attendees enjoyed Indian cuisine, shopped for clothing and jewelry, and could get henna tattoos.
