Ferd & Gladys Alpert Jewish Family Service (Alpert JFS) hosted a High Holiday celebration on Sept. 10 at Temple Beth Tikvah in Greenacres, bringing together more than 75 Holocaust survivors from Palm Beach County.

About 130 people, including family members and aides, attended the event, which featured a festive Rosh Hashanah meal, live music, dancing, and time for social connection.

Alpert JFS organizes holiday and remembrance gatherings for survivors throughout the year, while also providing direct services to nearly 200 Holocaust survivors annually across the county.
