Beit Blumi Jewish Early Childhood Center, located at Chabad Lubavitch of Greater Boynton Beach, just launched a new program called Beit Blumi High.

The continuing Jewish education program aims to add an additional element to the preschool — welcoming back past families and inviting new ones to join their interactive, hands-on approach to Jewish learning.

The program is currently serving children in grades K-5. Students meet weekly to learn about Jewish values, traditions, and the Hebrew language. The first day of Beit Blumi High was Sept. 3, where students were immersed in the Shofar Lab, learning about the sounds and history of the Shofar.

“It fills our hearts to welcome home so many of our alumni families while also opening our arms to new families in the community,” said Beit Blumi director Courtney Plager. “We want every child to have the Beit Blumi experience: a place where they feel connected, celebrated, and inspired by the joy of Judaism and the strength of community.”
