Pasefika Iosia OBITUARY

Monday evening December 1, 2025 Pasefika Iosia passed away into the arms of his loving Heavenly Father at the age of 87. Pasefika was born in Tutuila, American Samoa, most recently resided in Port St. Lucie but resided for over 50 years in Broward County, mostly in Oakland Park, FL. Pasefika was proceeded in death by his wife June Marie Hassett Iosia of Worcester, MA, parents Reverend Iosia Pao Taufi, mother, Folototo Malaki Savea. Pasefika is survived by his children: Taupule Iosia, Tanielu Iosia, Mareta Sizemore and Mikaele Iosia as well as his grandchildren: Hunter Iosia, Madison Iosia, Santana Sizemore, Sloan Sizemore, Sione Sizemore, Isaac Iosia and Luke Iosia.

Pasefika served in the United States Army, worked over 40 yearss as an entertainer at the Mai-Kai. He was an avid golfer, racquetball and squash. He will be remembered as a husband, father and grandfather, hard worker, gifted entertainer, a generous spirit with a willingness to help others. There will be visitation on December 14 from 12:30 -3:00 pm with a brief celebration of life service starting at 3 pm in the Baird-Case Jordan-Fannin Funeral Home Chapel 4343 North Federal Highway, Ft. Lauderdale Florida 33308. There will be gathering of family and friends in the Molokai at the Mai-Kai restaurant starting at 4:30.
